The product warranty is 12 months after machine delivery, but we still provide after-sale service even after warranty by technicial guidance,online support etc. If spare part need to be replaced, we only charge for the cost of the part.
* Machine Installation.
The single machine is not required to be installation,it has been debugging and commissioning before delivery.Regarding the production line of the machine,
we provide field installation and dispatch our experienced engineer for installation actually.
Due to COVID-19, at present,the machine are finished installation by video guidance and instruction for installation.
The Lead time is around 30 days for single machine,but the specific lead time is in need to be confirmed for customized production line or machine solution.
The payment methods is usually made by T/T advance or L/C at sight.
